Constipation symptoms include straining too hard to empty the bowels, having fewer than three bowel movements per week, passing hard stools, and being unable to empty the bowels. Constipation can become chronic, causing bloating, a loss of appetite, and mental stress.
Abhayarishta is an Ayurvedic syrup for constipation that contains herbal cleansers to strengthen intestinal pathways and naturally promote bowel movements. This arishtam is also recommended by Kerala Ayurveda for digestion and mild stomach cramps.
Kerala Ayurveda’s Abhayarishta is entirely herbal, with no added fragrance, colour, or petroleum by-products.
