Dosage:
Adults should take 2-3 teaspoons (15-25 mL) twice a day, after meals. For children, however, the dosage should be reduced to 1-2 teaspoons twice daily after meals, or as prescribed by an Ayurvedic doctor. Seek the advice of an Ayurvedic doctor for long-term use.
Pregnant women should avoid this product. If you are prone to acidity, combine equal parts water and asava, drink it immediately after eating, and avoid taking it at night.
