Nervous system is the master system that controls everything in the human body.

The nervous system handles everything from receiving information from the outside environment to generating an appropriate response. But it is the three essences Prana, Tejas, and Ojas that actually drive the optimal and efficient functioning of the nervous system.

Prana is the most important of these three. Prana is in charge of nerve impulse coordination, also known as Vata forces.
