Direction for use :-
- Preparation:
- Take a small quantity of Dukha Dabav Lep.
- Scrape and grind it gently on a rough surface or a traditional grinding stone (silbatta), using very little water.
- Grind until a smooth, thick paste is formed. The lesser the water used, the thicker and more effective the paste will be for application.
- Application:
- Apply the freshly prepared paste directly to the affected area, such as:
- Lower back (lumbago or lumbar pain)
- Neck (cervical stiffness or strain)
- Legs and knees (arthritis or muscle fatigue)
- Shoulders (frozen shoulder or overuse)
- Sciatica (nerve pain running from lower back to the legs)
- After Application:
- Leave the paste on the affected area for a few hours or as recommended by your Ayurvedic practitioner.
- You may cover it with a soft cotton cloth to keep the paste in place and enhance absorption.
- Wash off gently with lukewarm water once the application period is over.
