Ingredients: Dabur Ichhabhedi Ras includes Shuddha Parad, Shuddha Jaipal, Shuddha Tankan, Kajjali, Shunthi, Kala Marich. Dose:  1 to 2 Dabur Ichhabhedi Ras tablet ( 125 to 250mg ) at bed time with cold water or as directed by the Pysician.
