Dosage: Adults should take 2-3 tsp (15-25 ml) twice daily after food. If it is for children, reduce the dose to 1-2 tsp (5-15 ml) twice daily after food, or as directed by a physician. Use consistently for 2-3 weeks for best results. If you have acid reflux, combine Abhayarishta with an equal amount of water and drink it immediately after eating.
