Dooshivishari Gulika, also written as Doosivishari Gulika, is a classical Kerala Ayurvedic antidotal formulation referenced in the Ashtanga Hridayam, in the chapter on the management of poisons (Visha Chikitsa). The name points to its purpose: Dooshi Visha is the low-grade, lingering toxin that Ayurveda associates with symptoms such as itching, rashes, allergic reactions and the after-effects of insect bites and stings.
