Dindayal Ashokarishtha is an Ayurvedic medicine. It is extensively used in an Ayurvedic treatment of heavy menstrual bleeding and other gynecological complaints. It contains 5 – 10 % of self-generated alcohol, which acts as a medium for herbal active principles.
It helps in the management of heavy menstrual bleeding called menorrhagia. It also helps in treating irregular, delayed or painful periods. It is also useful in managing bleeding piles and nose bleeds, Ashokarishtha has rich properties which are helpful in the treatment of menopause-related symptoms.
Dosage:
Take 5-10 ml of Ashokarishtha with an equal amount of water twice daily after meals or as directed by the physician
