Nasya is a daily self-care practise in Ayurveda that promotes healthy Prana flow. Nasya can help to moisturise the nasal passages and cleanse accumulated mucus from the sinuses. By balancing Kapha, this relieves headaches, sinusitis, allergies, and nasal congestion. Kerala Ayurveda Anu Thailam is made with sesame oil and Kapha balancing ingredients like Leptadenia or Jivanti, Liquorice or Yashtimadhu, Fragrant Swamp Mallow or Hrivera, and Indian bael or Bilva. It clears accumulated mucus from the nasal passage, allows you to breathe better, and improves lung health!

Dosage:
Anu Thailam helps people who have a stuffy nose and excessive nasal discharge. It’s simple to use and administer on your own. To get immediate relief from Anu Thailam nasal drops, follow these steps:
Nasya should be performed on an empty stomach in the morning, 30 minutes before bathing, after brushing and evacuating your bowels. Apply a few drops of sesame oil to your face and neck, avoiding the eyes. Cover a medium-hot pan with a towel until it is just warm. Check the temperature before applying it to the face and neck. Lie on your bed with your hands and legs extended and a pillow under your head. Make sure there isn’t too much light or wind in the room.
Put a container nearby to catch any excess mucus. Place Anu Thailam in a bowl of warm water. After a few minutes, remove the thailam and check that it is hot enough. Continue lying down, face up, with 1-2 drops of these Ayurvedic nasal drops in each nostril. Spit out any excess mucus when the medicine reaches your throat. Do not practise Nasya if you have a fever or a cold.
