Dosage:
Adults should take 2-3 teaspoons (15-25 mL) twice daily after meals. However, for children, the dosage should be reduced to 1-2 teaspoons twice a day after meals, or as prescribed by an Ayurvedic doctor. For long-term use, seek advice from an Ayurvedic doctor. Because of seasonal variations, colour and consistency may differ between batches; however, efficacy remains constant.
Pregnant women should avoid using this product. If you are prone to acidity, combine equal parts water and arishtam, drink it immediately after eating, and avoid taking it at night.
For best results, use it consistently for at least two to three months.
