Baheda Chhal is also called Terminalia bellirica, Vibhita, Beleric Myrobalan, Akaa, Aksaka, Babelo, Bhomora, Bhomra, Bhaira, Bayada, Bahedan, Bahera, Tare kai, Shanti Kayi, Balali, Tannikka, Bahera, Thanrikkai, Thanikkay, Bibhitaki.

DOSE:

• For Constipation: Mix 1/2-1 teaspoon of Baheda and warm water and take it daily before going to bed at night.
• For Loss of appetite and bloating: Mix 1/2-1 teaspoon of Baheda Churn and warm water and take daily after lunch and dinner.
• For Cough and Cold: 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of Baheda Churn should be mixed with warm water or honey and taken daily after lunch and dinner.
• For Weight Loss: 1/2-1 teaspoon of Baheda Churn should be mixed with warm water and taken daily after lunch and dinner.
