Dasamoolakaduthrayam Kashayam combines two of Ayurveda's foundational building blocks: Dashamoola, the group of ten roots long used to balance Vata and support the chest and digestive tract, and Katutraya, the three pungent herbs — dry ginger, black pepper, and long pepper — that sharpen a formula's reach and kindle digestive fire. Together, this 200 ml liquid decoction has traditionally been used to ease respiratory discomfort and support clear, comfortable breathing, particularly where Vata and Kapha sit behind the symptoms.

• Dashamoola — Bilva, Agnimantha, Shyonaka, Gambhari, Patala, Shalaparni, Prishnaparni, Brihati, Kantakari, Gokshura
• Vrisha / Vasa (Malabar Nut)
• Katutraya — Sunthi (dry ginger), Maricha (black pepper), Pippali (long pepper)
