Present Scenario And Importance Of Immune System

The time has now come where only we can help ourselves. I am not saying that the medical world is out of date, they are helping us putting their life at risk.

Looking at the current scenario, it is clearly indicating that we need to:

  1. Boost up the Immune system.
  2. Remain disease-free.
  3. Rise yourself mentally and physically.

Nowadays when anyone says COVID-19, we almost consider that person as dead. The fact cannot be denied that such viruses aren’t deadly but on the contrary, fearfulness is the bigger virus than COVID itself.

As a Certified Nutrition Consultant, it’s my duty to throw light in the right direction. As far as I see, it looks like in the past decade our immune system is degraded. This virus has helped us to throw light on the root cause of the problem.

Today I would like to introduce you a drink easy to make, healthy to consume and it will help you to boost up your immunity. When something has so many beneficial values it feels like magic, so why not we call it a “Magical mix”.

MAGICAL MIX”

Required Ingredients: –

  1. Water – 1 cup
  2. Ginger – 1” by 1” piece (grated)
  3. Black pepper – 1 pinch (grounded)
  4. Cinnamon powder – 1 pinch
  5. Lemongrass/ green tea- ¼ spoon
  6. Honey – according to taste
  7. Lemon juice- according to taste.

Procedure: –

  1. Pour a cup of water in a pan, add grated ginger, black pepper, cinnamon powder and let it boil for two minutes.
  2. After it boils turn the gas off and add the green tea and cover it for 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Filter it in a cup and add lemon & honey according to taste. (If honey is not available one can add jaggery as well).

Multiple Benefits: –

  1. Boost up your immune system.
  2. Detox your overall system.
  3. Help to reduce weight.
  • It is recommended to take an empty stomach in the morning.
  • If you are using it just as a detox, then twice a week is fruitful.
